Summer Chamber Music Series to Spotlight Vassar Faculty

POUGHKEEPSIE, NY– Music of Mozart, Schubert, Brahms, Beethoven, and the American composers George Crumb and Alfred Loeffler, and performances by several Vassar music professors, will highlight the college's eighth annual summer classical series, opening Sunday afternoon June 12 at the campus Skinner Hall of Music. Pianists Todd Crow, Thomas Sauer and Richard Wilson, mezzo-soprano Mary Nessinger, and cellist Sophie Shao, all of the Vassar faculty, will be featured in the series of three free public concerts:
